They check their communication skills, Visa status, Residential status, Certifications if required, education background, gaps in their career, Availability for the interview, three references if required and negotiate hard on our partner's behalf to save the cost of hiring, etc. Based on our evaluation, we present a submission note of the executive that is good enough to understand if the executive presented is good to go further. Along with the submission note you receive their resume. We do a bit of more research and evaluations before presenting the resumes to our partners.
